  • 200 g cheese (ray cheese or Tilsiter)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • parsley
  • Caraway seed
  • salt
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into cubes and pour hot milk over it. Mix in the cooked, grated potatoes, grate the cheese and add.
  2. Knead with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Shape dumplings and press flat. Fry in butter until golden brown. Serve in vegetable broth or freshly fried with a salad.
