Ingredients

  • 10 g wheat bran
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 2 g bakin powder
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 50 g low-fat quark

Instructions

  1. Put the wheat bran, baking powder, and protein powder in a large mug and mix together. Add the quark and egg and stir. Mix with salt and spices and let soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cover and place in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts. Then remove it, turn it over and heat it open for about a minute. If the bun does not come out of the cup right away, use a knife to help. Place on a small plate and place in the microwave again for approx. 1 min.
  3. You can toast it again and also bake it with cheese. It also tastes super cold
  4. The bread roll weighs approx. 74 g.
