  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 15 g psyllium husks
  • 55 g oat bran or spelled bran
  • 2 tablespoon soy flakes, ground yourself
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the quark. Add the remaining ingredients. Let the dough soak for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat.
