Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ cream cheese, plain or cottage cheese
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 20 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ flaxseed meal
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well and shape 1 - 2 small rolls with your hands. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, make a cross-shaped incision with a knife and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. When the buns start to brown on the surface, they are done.
