  • 60 g coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Weigh all dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, ground almonds, flax seeds, psyllium husks, baking powder) and mix in a bowl. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them together with the salt, paprika and herbs. I use dried herbs.
  2. Separate the eggs and stir in the egg whites. The egg yolk is not needed.
  3. Slowly add boiling water while stirring constantly. Finally add the cream cheese.
  4. Divide the dough into balls of the same size, one of which weighs 150 g for me, and form flat burger buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 45 minutes.
  6. The finished burger bun can be topped according to taste. Since the rolls are very rich and high in fiber, one per person is usually enough if there is also salad, fries, etc.
