Ingredients

  • 675 ml water, warm
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 1 ½ tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar
  • 1 kg flour, possibly more
  • 4 tablespoon herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Add salt and sugar and stir. Knead with 1 kg of flour and the rest of the water and add enough flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Mix in the herbs. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven (160 ° C fan oven) and line a tray with baking paper. Knead the dough again and place it in any shape (flatbread, baguette) on the tray. Bake for about 60-70 minutes.
