Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 8 leaves Chinese cabbage, large
  • oil
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Spice Mix (Garam Masala)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 ½ cup yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into half rings. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onions. When these are translucent, add the mince and cut into small pieces with the spatula. Season with pepper and salt. When the minced meat is well seared, cut the Chinese cabbage into the pan. Season with the rest of the spices, except for the turmeric. Exercise caution with the cayenne pepper. When the Chinese cabbage is al dente, turn the stove to the lowest setting and add the yogurt and turmeric. Then stir well.
  2. Potatoes or noodles go well with it (preferably spaghetti or other thin noodles from the day before, then put them in the pan after the mince).
