Instructions

Dice the potatoes and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Fry the minced meat in a large pan and season with minced meat seasoning. Then fill the minced meat in a baking dish. Add the potatoes to the minced meat.
In the pan in which the meat was seared, fry the onion until it is lightly browned. Add the cabbage and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the cabbage and the onions in the pan with the minced meat.
For the sauce, mix the cream, eggs, crème légère and most of the grated cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and the broth as required. Pour the sauce into the mold with the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Now spread the rest of the cheese over it.
Bake the casserole dish in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
