Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
- 500 ml cream, approx
- 100 g mascarpone
- 200 g biscuit (s) (e.. shortbread biscuits or cookies without fillin)

- Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and mascarpone (also works without mascarpone) and stir in the biscuits that I crumbled. Put something into the fridge.
- The taste is slightly different depending on the type of biscuit (e.g. with chocolate chips). It is ideal for using leftover biscuits and can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days without any problems.
- This recipe is quick and my daughter loves it.
