Put 10 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and stir constantly until the sugar slowly melts. Then gradually pour the hot water into it. Always leave the pot on the stove and only remove it when the mixture has a caramel-like consistency. Let cool a little and set aside.
After 5 minutes, take a greased baking pan and pour the caramel into it.
You can put this shape in the fridge for a few minutes, but you don`t have to.
Put the eggs in a mixing bowl and stir well, then add the milk girls condensed milk (or similar condensed milk from Russian specialist stores), stir again well and then stir in the milk.
Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel mirror, then place it in a larger mold filled with hot water and put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour. After 20 minutes at the latest, you should cover the pudding with aluminum foil so that it does not get too dark. You can find out whether the pudding is cooked by taking a stick test.
Let it cool and then put it in the fridge at least 2-3 hours before consumption so that it tastes nice and fresh and chilled.
