  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Lay out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut tomatoes into pieces, squeeze out the garlic cloves and mix with the tomatoes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enrich with olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato mixture on the puff pastry and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and sprinkle with basil and parmesan. Consume while still warm.
