  • 3 sheet / s puff pastry
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 150 g crabs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the recipe, it doesn`t matter whether you use fresh, pickled or frozen crabs. Frozen shrimps must, however, be thawed beforehand.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth (if you don`t like cream cheese, you can also use creme fraiche). Then add dill and season with salt and pepper. Now stir in the crabs. The cream cheese crab paste is now placed on the puff pastry pieces (size should be around 15x15cm, you need twice as many puff pastry pieces as you have snacks). When the paste is evenly distributed, cover the paste with a second piece of puff pastry of the same size. Now mix the egg yolk with the milk and coat the snacks with it. Put the whole thing in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
