Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 4 tablespoon apple jelly or apricot jam

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g flour
  • 65 g suar
  • 70 butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

For the cast:

  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 70 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll up the puff pastry, remove the paper and place the pastry on the baking sheet. Cut off excess dough and set aside.
  2. Spread a thin layer of 3 tablespoons of apple jelly on the puff pastry sheet. Fold in the dough sheet from the narrower side, from both sides, towards the center. Brush the top with the remaining jelly.
  3. Put the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, add the butter and knead everything to make crumbles. Spread the crumble evenly on the cake. Do the same with the remaining dough.
  4. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. If the pouring is too firm, add a little water. Draw decorative lines over the cake with the icing. Divide into pieces and serve.
