Ingredients

  • 4 pieces puff pastry, each 12 x 25 cm
  • 75 g marzipan
  • 125 g cream quark
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 100 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • salt
  • 75 g butter, cold
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Strawberries
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry side by side on a floured work surface. In the meantime, crumble the marzipan and mix it with the quark, egg yolk and the cornstarch. Rub the sugar, flour, a pinch of salt and butter together in a bowl until you get crumble.
  2. Fold the puff pastry and roll out. Pour into a round springform pan, press down well. Leave the edge. Spread the quark on the dough. Halve the strawberries if necessary, place on the quark and sprinkle everything with the crumble mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 ° C for 20 minutes.
