Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 small can peas, with carrots
  • 200 g ham, cooked and 1 can raout fin
  • 100 g cheese, rated. Emmentaler
  • some cream
  • some breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Line a springform pan with puff pastry, don`t forget the edge, it`s going to be a cake. Then mix the peas, carrots, boiled ham (cut into strips), ragout fin and cheese in a bowl. Then put on top of the puff pastry. Finally, mix enough breadcrumbs with cream in a small bowl to cover the cake completely.
  2. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
