- 2 packs puff pastry from the cooling shelf (roll)
- 200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
- 400 g minced meat
- 100 g spinach leaves
- 150 g natural yourt
- some parsley, smooth
- 1 egg (s)
- some sesame
- Fat for the shape

- Finely crumble the sheep`s cheese with a fork. Mix in the egg, yogurt and finely chopped parsley. Fry the minced meat and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Grease a quiche or casserole dish and line it with puff pastry. Layer the minced meat, sheep`s cheese mixture and spinach on top. Another layer of puff pastry and again mince, feta cheese and spinach on top. Finally, another layer of puff pastry.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 175 ° C for 45 minutes. Also tastes great only with the sheep`s cheese mass (if you prefer it vegetarian).
