  • 2 packs puff pastry from the cooling shelf (roll)
  • 200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 100 g spinach leaves
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • some parsley, smooth
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some sesame
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Finely crumble the sheep`s cheese with a fork. Mix in the egg, yogurt and finely chopped parsley. Fry the minced meat and season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Grease a quiche or casserole dish and line it with puff pastry. Layer the minced meat, sheep`s cheese mixture and spinach on top. Another layer of puff pastry and again mince, feta cheese and spinach on top. Finally, another layer of puff pastry.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 175 ° C for 45 minutes. Also tastes great only with the sheep`s cheese mass (if you prefer it vegetarian).
