  • 250 g butter
  • 1 packet shortbread (s)
  • 10 sheets puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Halve or quarter the puff pastry and bake in a hot oven for approx. 5 - 7 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven.
  2. Then let it cool down.
  3. At the same time whip the condensed milk with butter and vanilla sugar briefly until creamy. Crumble the butter biscuits, spread the finished puff pastry with the cream and toss in the crumbled butter biscuits.
  4. Let rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
