Puffs with Apples and Cinnamon

The only dough I buy is puff pastry. Today we are making puffs with apples and cinnamon. Wonderful puff pastry!
Cook: 1 hour
Ingredients
- Puff pastry (ready-made) – 500 g
- Apples – 3-4 pcs.
- Vanilla sugar – 100 g
- Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 40 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
Directions
- Let the dough defrost, leaving it at room temperature for about 1 hour. Cooking the filling – cut the apples into thin slices.
- Unfold and roll out the dough.
- Cut with a dough knife, dividing into squares. Put the apples on one side, make cuts on the other side, sprinkle the apples with vanilla sugar and cinnamon, cover with the other side of the dough.
- Put the finished puffs on a sheet covered with parchment. Beat the egg with a fork and grease the puffs on top.
- We bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, so that the puffs are browned.
