Ingredients
- 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
- 1 medium sweet potato (s)
- 2 apples, e.g. Braeburn, sweet and sour
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 2 onions)
- 1 handful cranberries, dried
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon, heaped honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
- salt and pepper
- 0.25 liter ¼ chicken broth

- Cut the Hokkaido, sweet potatoes, onions and apples into 2 cm pieces and place in a large bowl. Cut the chicken breast fillet into slightly larger pieces and add. Add the cranberries as well. Mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the honey and spices and stir well but carefully.
- Put the mixture on a deep baking sheet or in a large baking dish and pour the broth over it.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
