Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs (chicken legs)
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and green, diced
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled oregano, dried
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • some paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken legs with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a casserole, add the chicken legs, fry all over and take them out again.
  2. Then add the leek and fry briefly. Add peppers, tomatoes and chicken stock and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, sugar, garlic and paprika powder.
  3. Put the chicken legs in with the skin side up and simmer in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
  4. Rice or potatoes and salad go well as a side dish.
