Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g raisins
- 150 g almond (s), round
- 100 g suar
- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 g butter, soft
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs for the pan
- Fat for the shape

- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the butter, egg yolk, sugar and lemon zest until you have a creamy mixture.
- Fold the almonds into the mixture. Stir the raisins with the quark into the mixture. Fold in the whipped egg whites.
- Grease a round baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture and bake at approx. 180 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
