Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g suar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs for the pan
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the butter, egg yolk, sugar and lemon zest until you have a creamy mixture.
  2. Fold the almonds into the mixture. Stir the raisins with the quark into the mixture. Fold in the whipped egg whites.
  3. Grease a round baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture and bake at approx. 180 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
