Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 620 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 ½ pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet lemon zest
  • 1 egg (s), separated
  • 2 small Can (s) mandarin (s), drained well

Instructions

  1. Prepare a kneading dough from the dough ingredients. Place half of this kneading dough on a prepared baking sheet and press down well.
  2. For the topping, cook a pudding from 1 liter of milk, 2 1/2 packs of pudding powder and 150 g of sugar (so that it can cool down a little, I cook the pudding before I prepare the dough).
  3. Stir the quark, lemon zest and egg yolk into the cooked pudding. Beat in the egg whites until stiff. Finally fold in the well-drained mandarins. Put the mixture on the kneading dough and distribute evenly.
  4. Now crumble the other half of the kneaded dough on top.
  5. Bake in the hot oven at 200 ° C on the lower rack for approx. 35 to 45 minutes.
