  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Water for boiling

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the water in a bowl, let stand for about 10 minutes, then stir again. The dough must be able to be steeped without tearing.
  2. Then fill a spaetzle slicer or a spaetzle board with the dough and scrape it into a pot of boiling water. Let it boil briefly and then skim it off.
