Quiche with Vegetables

Vegetable Quiche is a simple casserole for those who don’t like standing at the stove for too long

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Frozen vegetables (mix) – 3-4 cups
  • Eggs – 8 pcs.
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Cheddar cheese (shavings) – 1 glass

Directions

  1. Defrost vegetables. If the vegetable mixture consists of hard vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, then boil them first until tender. And if these are tomatoes, zucchini, or other soft vegetables, then you do not need to cook them, just defrost them.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  3. Heat the butter in a large skillet with a heat-resistant handle.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings, pour into a preheated pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  5. Put vegetables in a pan with onions, mix.
  6. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with milk, cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoons of pepper. The fill is ready. Pour the contents of the pan with this mixture.
  7. Send the pan to the preheated oven for 1 hour, until tender.
  8. Remove the finished quiche with vegetables from the oven, allow to cool for about 20 minutes, and then cut into pieces and serve.
