Ingredients

  • 120 grams flour
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml rapeseed oil
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), which the pulp that was scraped out
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Grease the springform pan (26 cm)
  3. Mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix the milk, oil and eggs and vanilla pulp well, add to the flour mixture, stir with the mixer for 1 min.
  4. Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut the apples into cubes.
  5. Mix cane sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Put the dough in a springform pan. Spread the apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Put in the oven (middle rack).
  8. Bake for about 35 minutes.
