Ingredients
For the dough:
- 150 g quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 75 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, depending on your taste
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 glass applesauce, for the filling
For the sprinkles:
- 200 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 250 g flour
- 95 g desiccated coconut
