- Mix flour with baking powder in a bowl. Put the quark, sugar, eggs, salt and oil on the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place on the greased baking sheet.
- For the crumbles, mix flour with butter, sugar, egg yolk and cinnamon to make crumbly crumbles.
- Spread the selected topping on the dough. (For the poppy seed topping, bring the milk with butter, semolina, sugar and poppy seeds to the boil while stirring. Remove from the stove, allow to swell for approx. 20 minutes, then stir in the eggs.)
- Crumble the crumble on top and bake the cake in the preheated oven (200 ° / fan oven 180 °) for 20-25 minutes.
