Quick Meat Pie

A quick liquid pie with meat … Although, the filling can be varied.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour – 250 g
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • Sour cream – 3 tablespoons
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar or lemon juice (extinguish soda) – 1 teaspoon

For minced meat:

  • Meat – 250 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g
  • Spices (optional) – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Make meat pie dough. To do this, first beat the eggs lightly in a bowl.
  2. Grate cheese (on a coarse grater) into beaten eggs.
  3. Add sifted flour.
  4. Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the dough.
  5. Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice.
  6. Chop the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, in a preheated skillet with butter (5 minutes).
  7. Chop the mushrooms and add to the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally (a few minutes, until lightly browned).
  8. Grind the meat and add to the onions and mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes. Add spices and salt as desired.
  9. Turn on the oven. Grease a baking sheet or form with vegetable oil, you can sprinkle it with flour. Pour 2/3 of the dough into a mold.
  10. Spread the cooked minced meat evenly on top.
  11. Pour over the rest of the dough.
  12. Bake the meat pie in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.
