  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 piece (s) speculoos
  • some rum aroma, or rum
  • Cocoa powder
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a little. Break the biscuits roughly.
  2. Pour some of the pudding and pieces of speculoos into a dessert form or two small molds in layers. Drizzle a little rum or rum into each layer of biscuits. Finish with pudding and dust with cocoa and / or cinnamon. Chill for an hour.
