  • 250 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, rated, e.. Emmentaler
  • Vegetable stock, amount depends on the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthways - not across, as usual - remove the core and the style. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and stuff into the pepper halves.
  3. Then sprinkle these with cheese and place in a baking dish.
  4. Fill the baking dish with the vegetable stock up to the edge of the peppers. So that the broth does not touch the filling. Do not pour the broth over the peppers.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
