Ingredients

  • 2 slice / s bread (s), (mixed bread)
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 0.25 ¼ onion (s)
  • 30 g sausae, (tea sausae, fine)
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon chives, fresh, in small rolls

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast 2 slices of mixed bread, in the meantime chop the onion roughly. Put margarine in the pan and let it get hot, add the onion cubes to the melted hot margarine.
  2. Brush the toasted bread slices with sausage tea and then with ketchup. Put on a plate.
  3. Add salt to the fried onion cubes in the pan and add the 2 eggs. Then place these fried eggs on the prepared bread slices. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives and serve immediately.
