  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 small Head sour cherries
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and cherries with their juice to a boil.
  2. Shape the flour into small lumps with a little water and add to the boiling cherries.
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then let cool and put in the fridge. A wonderfully refreshing dessert is ready.
