- 400 g radicchio
- 1 orange (s)
- 3 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash Tabasco, green
- 3 tablespoon olive oil

- Chop the radicchio into small pieces. Peel and fillet the orange, removing the white skin and collecting the orange juice. Dice the fillets and add to the salad.
- Mix all sauce ingredients (except for the oil) and stir with the whisk until the sauce is a bit creamy, then add the oil. Pour the sauce over the salad, mix well.
