Ingredients

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 125 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper, white, ground
  • some chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the radishes, season with salt and let stand for 5 minutes, pat dry in a cloth. Mix the creme fraiche, lemon juice and cream cheese and fold in the radishes. Season well and garnish with chives.
