Ingredients

  • 275 g flour
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g raisins, washed, drained well
  • 4 tablespoon rum
  • 200 g couverture

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in rum.
  2. Sieve the flour on the table top. Make a well in the middle and add the vanilla sugar, salt and milk and process with part of the flour to a thick paste. Put the butter cut into pieces on top, cover with flour and quickly knead all ingredients from the center to a smooth dough. If it sticks, chill for a while.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into rectangles of about 4 cm. Place a few raisins on each piece of dough and wrap them in them. Place the raisin sticks on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  5. After cooling, dip the ends in melted couverture.
