- 50 ml grenadine
- 2 tablespoon cranberries, from the glass
- 70 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper, pink
- 10 grains allspice

- Peel, clean and dice the apples, peel and dice the onions. Put all ingredients together in a sufficiently large saucepan and cook until smooth, pour hot into the prepared twist-off glasses, screw together immediately and allow to cool.
