  • g 2,000 apples
  • 400 ml red wine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 50 ml grenadine
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries, from the glass
  • 70 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, pink
  • 10 grains allspice

Instructions

  1. Peel, clean and dice the apples, peel and dice the onions. Put all ingredients together in a sufficiently large saucepan and cook until smooth, pour hot into the prepared twist-off glasses, screw together immediately and allow to cool.
  2. Goes well with game, meat and also to refine red cabbage and sauces.
