• 175 g sour cream
• 120 g mayonnaise
• some parsley
• some chives
• 0.25 ¼ bunch spring onion (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ dill

Instructions

1. Chop the parsley, chives, garlic and spring onions into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let steep in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
2. Also great as a sauce, e.g., for chicken wraps.
