Ingredients

  • 750 g raspberries, frozen
  • 300 ml water
  • 350 ml vodka
  • 300 g suar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 3 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Spread a little sugar on a smooth board, cut the vanilla pod open on one side and spread the pulp on the sugar.
  2. Then heat the water and the remaining sugar and wait until the water runs clear. Then add the raspberries and wait until they have thawed. Then puree the raspberries and add the sugar with the vanilla pulp. Bring to the boil and then let cool down.
  3. Strain the cold liquid through a sieve and mix in the vodka and lemon juice. Pour into a bottle and the raspberry lime is ready. Makes approximately 1.25 liters.
