Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 75 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • some sugar or honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Let the raspberries thaw and puree. Take out a few whole berries beforehand.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the low-fat quark with milk with a spoon - not the mixer - until creamy. Add the honey and mix everything. Now add the raspberries and fold in the cream, so that a light, creamy mixture is formed. Sweeten a little with sugar or honey to taste and you have a delicious dessert that doesn`t cause a guilty conscience.
