Ingredients

  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream, 250 ml
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 dash sherry (not essential)
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the garlic and fry it in a little oil in a coated saucepan, add tomato paste and roast briefly.
  2. Add the cream, stir well, then add the milk and a dash of sherry and let the sauce simmer a little.
  3. Finally, carefully season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Goes well with scampi, pasta, rice or dumplings.
