- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 2 teaspoons thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon sage, dried
- 6 clove (s) garlic
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes or wedges and spread flat in a dripping pan. Peel the garlic, dice it finely and spread it over the potatoes with the herbs. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40-50 minutes. Possibly turn the potatoes in between. Serve hot.
