Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour type 550

  • 1 packet lemon peel
  • 2 handfuls cranberries or raisins
  • 40 g butter, liquid
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 20 g fresh yeast

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk and place in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Knead into a smooth dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer and cover and let rise for approx. 90 minutes until the dough volume has doubled.
  2. Using a spatula, carefully place the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
  3. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Bake the mares on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, then leave them in the oven for about 5 minutes with the oven door slightly open. Lift out of the mold and let cool on a rack.
