Ravioli with Cheese and Mushrooms

Ravioli with cheese and mushrooms is a great treat for the whole family. Ravioles are usually square in shape. There are even special tools for sculpting ravioli, but you can get by with a rolling pin and a fork.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Champignons – 250 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 2.5 Cups (dough)
  • Water – 2-3 Art. spoons (dough)
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Egg – 1-2 Pieces (dough)
  • Grated cheese – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Dill – To taste
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 1-2 Teaspoons (dough)

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Chop the onion, chop the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms with onions until cooked in butter, pepper, salt.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and place the filling on it at regular intervals.
  4. Lubricate the free dough spots with water and carefully cover with a second piece of dough.
  5. Cut the dough into pieces and mold with a fork.
