Ingredients

  • 300 g red cabbae
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped puree, (coconut), unsweetened
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Finely cut or slice the red cabbage. Heat the fat and either stir in the coconut straight away or fold into the cabbage later. Add the red cabbage and gently steam with the lid on. Salt well, stir vigorously again and again and always keep the lid closed. Cook to the desired firmness. If necessary, now lift the coconut under the cabbage.
