Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 100 g lentils, red
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the lentils and simmer gently in lightly salted water for about 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and the clove of garlic and fry them together with the sprig of rosemary in olive, rapeseed, coconut oil or similar. Remove the branch after roasting. Mix the onion, garlic, lentils and all the spices and mix well with a hand blender.
  3. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator overnight and then serve with fresh bread / baguette.
