Ingredients

  • 75 g white bread, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water, warm
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • 70 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml sunflower oil, or another neutral oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Debark, chop, mix with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water and set aside. Press the garlic, chop the chilli finely (depending on the degree of heat required, the seeds too) Add both to the bread together with the spices. Then slowly mix in the oil. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more warm water. Season to taste with salt.
