Ingredients
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 1 glass pepper, pickled green
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brandy or sherry
- salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients together. Half of the peppercorns are mashed with a fork, the other half is left whole. Briefly bring to the boil. Tastes warm or cold - especially good with steaks.
