Ingredients
- 3 small onion (s)
- 4 pointed peppers, red
- 4 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 200 ml white wine
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 can pizza tomatoes or peeled
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- Black pepper
- salt
- Chilli, from the mill

- Eighth the length of the onions. Cut the peppers into pieces approx. 2 - 3 cm in size. Fry the onions in the oil until translucent, add the paprika and fry briefly. Add the sugar and let it caramelize slightly. Deglaze with vinegar and wine and reduce to half. Add tomato paste, pizza tomatoes and corn. Bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper. Create the heat you want with chilli. Binding is usually not necessary.
