Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (red snapper fillets alternatively sea bass or sole)
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 cup spinach, steamed, chopped
  • 100 g butter, melt

For the sauce: (macadamia salsa)

  • 1 cup (s) nuts (macadamia), roasted, not too finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s), not too soft
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce, sweet
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place 2 sheets of dough on top of each other and form a kind of nest, brush with butter, place 1 red snapper fillet in the middle and pull up one edge with the dough protruding. Cut the avocado into slices. Spread the avocado and spinach between the batter and the fish. Brush again with butter and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
