- 175 g butter, soft
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 150 g nuts (macadamia)
- 100 g chocolate, white

- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder and stir in as well. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and white chocolate and fold in. Place small piles of dough at a distance of 3-4 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 190 ° C for about 8 minutes.
